About Me
I'm a passionate UX Writer with a unique background that fuels my user-centric approach. My journey began with a deep dive into art history, where I honed my skills in visual communication and storytelling—essential for crafting engaging user experiences.
My first professional experiences were in customer service at companies like Mango and Klarna, where I gained an early understanding of user needs and communication challenges. Later, at Facebook, I helped small and medium businesses optimize their ads on Meta platforms, further solidifying my understanding of user engagement and clear communication strategies.
My desire to make knowledge accessible led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Education, equipping me with strong communication, empathy, and knowledge transmission skills—key elements in creating effective, user-centered content.
As a Copywriter and UX Writer at Destinia, I improved the website’s UX by analyzing user experience pain points and optimizing interactions through content in English, Spanish, and German. Currently, at BBVA, I contribute to the "PYMES y Autónomos" project, designing copy for user flows, UI content, and error messages to ensure clarity, consistency, and an intuitive experience.
Additionally, my 7 years of experience as a Spanish and German tutor (Chatterbug) have strengthened my ability to simplify complex information and adapt communication to different audiences.
My diverse skill set as a UX Writer allows me to craft intuitive and user-friendly experiences. I want to empower users through clear communication and well-designed interactions.
